Cold & Chilly winters were there. I was at a store, searching for some warm clothes to buy. Through the glass walls of that store, I saw a child wearing a beautiful hand-knitted sweater. I was immediately reminded of the warmth of hand-knitted wearables, I used to wear in my childhood. I wanted my child to have that similar experience.
Yeah! I was pregnant at that time!

I jumped in excitement! Not literally, as I was 7 months pregnant at that time.

I felt connected with their process.
After around 8 days, they send me pictures of my finished items. I was happy to see the final products. I paid for them online.
Though their online store was new, their methods were new, but the way they were making me feel updated, I felt special!
Within 4 days, I received the parcel. When I opened it, there was a hand-written note for me from the team! They thanked me for ordering from their new & small store. They were thrilled to make an order for my newborn.
I opened the parcel. I felt the same warmth of love that I was urging to make my child feel. The wool was so soft & cushy. I opened my combo set. Wollen full sweater, cap, legging & booties(baby socks) were a part of full combo set.

I got watery-eyed! Yeah! I got emotional & felt special at the same time! Yes, an ooze of emotions kept fluctuating due to pregnancy hormones too!
After checking the products, I felt the money was well spent & reasonable for such quality products. I felt proud of myself for buying such a worthwhile purchase for my baby.
Infact, they called me to check on me whether I liked the products. I said thanked them & conveyed them that they got an admirer in me for their store.
After the purchase, I suggested my family & friends to try their products. They also received amazing products from them.
With time, I became their permanent customer.
Now, I market their products & receive discount coupons on every purchase which they get through me!
